ome pre-production 2008 Dodge Viper SRT10’s are starting to roll off the assembly line in Michigan. Below is one of the first real world pictures of the new 600HP Viper in the never before seen Snakeskin Green color. Along with the new Snakeskin green color, Dodge is also releasing 4 additional new “lifesaver” colors, Venom Red, Viper Violet, Viper Orange and Bright Blue. Racing stripes are optional and avaialbe in most color combinations.

For 2008, the new Dodge Viper SRT will have a 8.4-liter aluminum V-10 engine that has 600 horsepower and 560 lb.-ft. of torque. 0-60 times should be well under four seconds, 0-100-0 in under 12 seconds

Quarter mile times will still be in the 11-12 second range because all that horsepower doesn't get to the ground. Ahh well still a monster.

I thought everyone here hated the Viper because it wasn't a Corvette and because it was a Chrysler product?
