Volkswagen sold more than 3 million cars during the first half of the year, the German automaker said Thursday, a 7.8 percent jump from last year fueled by an increased demand for VW and luxury Audi vehicles.

"Where it really counts?"

The European car market is not as important as the North American, Chinese and possibly even the Indian markets...

Actually the European Market is More important than the NA market. The Chinese & Indian Markets will be important in the future.

The European Vehicle Prices are more than the NA prices which mean the manufacturers make more profits from European Sales (Hence the Q7 is focused on Europe and Audi could not give a rats ass about slow US sales)

How can you say that? More cars and for higher prices are sold in Europe than on the continents you mentioned. Nevertheless NA, Chinese and Indian market are also very important markets!

"Toyota has a similar effect with taking a sleep pill. LOL"
That is very biased! You cannot claim something like that.

VW's a rebadged Audi and you know it. Audi comes out with the chassis and VW adapts it later on.
