This reminds me of the IS300 watch that looked identical to the gauge pod...which was inspired by...a chronograph watch...actually somewhat relevant and cool.

I guess this makes sense for MBZ, most of their owners are probably into designer eyewear, because, well...they can afford it.

if this article would be about some exclusive brand like bugatti or something producing limited perfume or eyewear then ur ok with it but mercedes producing eyewear? they should focus on cars more rather than accessories

Yeah, I much prefer my glasses made from steel, it kills my neck but hey, at least they're reliable... *cough*

I like the big lenses but I still have the one-off polarized G15 glass sunglasses I had American Optical in Canada make up for me in the air force frame which I modified further by making proper nose pads out of bandaids and adding plastic tubing around the flexible wire arms that were digging into the back of my ears. BTW, the reason they did not offer polarized lenses in the the air force frame is that fighter pilots need to see reflections off enemy aircraft wings when engaging the enemy.
