2008 Subaru Impreza pricing announced

Subaru has announced pricing for the 2008 Subaru Impreza 2.5i and the Impreza WRX. The 2008 Subaru Impreza will start at $16,995, while the Impreza WRX will start at $24,350. Both cars will hit dealers in the beginning of August.

The new WRX is powered by a 2.5-liter flat-four Boxer engine delivering 224 horsepower and 226 Lb.-ft. of torque and is 50 lbs. lighter than its predecessor.

The interior looks better then the last but the exterior is about the same. The base model hach looks a bit ford focusy. :(
