It is so frustrating that Ford is putting out decent models and doing well everywhere except North America. Unfortunately it is the North American market that is very much just as to blame as the North American team of Ford engineers. It would simply cost too much to send the Euro-based Fords to North America at reasonable prices.

I am curious to see if the 09 Mazda6 will carry over many of the positive aspects of the new Mondeo.

err, NA is the only market tht gets less exciting versions of cars that the whole world can enjoy. no fun in Ford NA, just bland and boring is the word to describe it.

the base model alone costs around $28,000. If they rlly put all their effort in the interior and engine of the fusion they can rlly get it rite. And especially the materials. Quality is already a plus as a fusion owner myself I just bought it for looks and that its fun to drive.
