2008 MINI Clubman: Engine specs with official images

We are sure you’re tired of seeing spy shots of the MINI Clubman popping up here and there. Well, rest easy because MINI has just released the first official images along with the specs on the upcoming 5-door Clubman.

When the car hits markets in 2008, it will be equipped with one 1.6 liter 4-cylinder turbocharged engine and one regular 1.6 liter 4-cylinder engine. If they had it supercharged instead of turbocharged, they could easily extract the power you desire. I'd like to see it with a 2.5 litre diesel and RWD with LSD. I'm glad the deaded CVT has been replaced by a conventional automatic. I am totally annoyed that not all models are available with automatic.
