Auto Spies Exclusive- Will satellite radio be available on the Porsche 997?

Dear 001,

I know a lot of your readers would love to add integrated satellite radio to the new Porsche 997.

Unfortunately, they will have to wait until at least the 06 model year before the integrated versions will show up.

Only the Cayenne will have it in 2005.

The satellite radio from the Cayanne can be installed in a 2006 997. I had it installed in my 997 and love it. It will intergrate with the existing system. You have to have the Bose system and a CD changer. Porsche dealerships will deny it, but after market shops have done it.
