Audi TT 3.2 Roadster, BMW Z4 3.0si, Porsche Boxster - Compared
This old too-hot, too-cold, just-right pattern extends through the seats-kind of soft (Audi), kind of hard (BMW), just right (Porsche)-and straight into the heart of each car's driving characteristics. While their six-cylinder engines differ by a modest 10 horsepower-Porsche's 245 at 6500 rpm, the Audi's 250 at 6300 rpm, and the BMW's 255 at 6600 rpm-from there, the roads they travel to sports-car nirvana dramatically diverge.

i see nothing for audi to be ashamed about, the tt is a very good car and concerning looks its the best out of these 3, and there are plenty driving out there, this test had to include a merc instead of a porsche

CPILLAR- You kill me! Even they admitted the TT was the best sports car overall to live with. But if you are looking for a 10/10th's car the TT doesn't stand up to the Porsche.

"Understand, the TT would be a splendid choice for the commuter sports-car driver or anyone capable of producing a decent snowman in wintertime."

Who buys a roadster and worries about wintertime driving and such? In regards to BMW, majority of our clients are buying this as a 3rd car and just want to drive it in the spring, summer & fall up here in chicago.

agent - they said best to live with. Personally, not buying a 3rd car, roadster to live with.

I am surprised of the performance of the Audi, though. I would have thought that it would have faired better. Wasnt even close to either the porsche or the BMW.

Roadsters are roadsters. A mercury Capri is not a roadster despite it having many qualities which make it a roadster.

I believe like I always have that a roadster shouldn't be perfect. This Audi is a roadster for those who want to enjoy the scenery and not the pavement, engine, suspension.

Someone had to make a car for hair stylists.
