Photo: The next BMW M3?

After being very disappoinred with the design of the 7, 5, and Z-4 --finally BMW get's a speculative thumbs up .If they keep i drive out of the car and design a reasonable interior I would consider buying this car . I currently drive a 996 and on one of the Porsche message boards there is quite a debate regarding the current M-3 versus the current 996 (taking into account the PRICE difference and overall bargain value in performance).Someone in that discussion did raise the point that it's more difficult to get a dealer discount on an M-3 than a 996 so my suggestion to BMW would be to build more of them , up the horsepower ,and even offer a turbo model (ok so I'm dreaming).

Does anyone have info on the upcoming M5 (as opposed to M3). Specifically what will it cost in the US?, and will there be a automatic to challenge the M-B E55?
