Saturn Vue Is this realy GM?

Good article...I am keeping my fingers crossed for them.

The author said: "GM is my new favorite car company".
GM is my favorite car company also but this article stinks. Obviously written by a recent graduate in journalism or marketing communications who knows very little about cars. The title "GM's Saturn Vue: finally, a winner" is a crock. It would have been more truthful to say "Saturn VUE: an unexpected loser".

My wife wants a small SUV and the fabulous Saturn Outlook is too big for her. We looked at the 2008 VUE about a week ago and walked out of the showroom in disgust. The front seat cushions are far too short and the interior plastic is truly el cheapo. The front passenger seat lacks proper seat height adjustment and I banged my head on the roof getting into the vehicle. This vehicle generally looks OK but that silly side vent for the engine compartment does not look functional -- it looks like it was just stuck on for visual effect.

I'd like to see some heads roll at GM for this fiasco.

No, this is not really GM? This is a German car with an American badge on it. Opel should get all the credit here.
