We especially like the interior...

I've never been against the M-Class, but now I am totally against it. To me it looks like M-B restyled it to look like a Kia Sorento. It's not ugly, but is more devoid of style and looks cheaper than a M-B should.

This looks exactly like one of the Korean SUV's forgot if its from Hyundai or KIA.

Gosh this M class is boring and dated - maybe thats the idea?
Can't believe I actually wish Bangle could help M-B with this - the new M class needs much more character.
Will it be successful - probably in the short term - but its going to have a very short shelf life.

I think the M-class you saw in the showroom was the revised current model. This face-lift includes a new nose, with clear headlights, and re-vamped interior. It would appear by your postings you do not have a clue about anything automotive. Mercedes makes 'crappy' cars?
The fact you can not distinguish between a current M-class and an entirely new model, would show you have no right to make those statements.
