Spy Shots: Aston Martin V8 Vantage RS?

At about same horsepower yet 400lb less than R8, GT3 is for sure in different league.

At about same horsepower, V8 Vantage RS, if weighing only 1270kg, will have a good chance to compete w/ GT3. However, for R8 to compete the only way is to cut some fat. An R10 or R8 RS won't necessarily work.

I will wait until an official announcement. 1270 kilos is very optimistic. Chances are this is the dry weight measurement, which I guessing with fluids the final weight could be as high as 1315 to 1318 kilos if not slightly more.

Judging from the pictures, the car looks heavily understated. I am hoping for a more gnarlier look if this rumor is true.

This doesnt even compare to the 1-Series which outclasses this POS British/American crap in prestige and handling.
