Feature: Porsche Cayenne Hybrid? Hell really has frozen over

This is the oddest-sounding Porsche Cayenne I've ever sat in. The speedo is showing an indicated 100 Km/h - 62mph in real money - but I can't hear the engine at all. There's no intake or exhaust note, just wind rustling past the 'A' posts. In fact, it's all a bit eerie as we 'sail' along, as my Porsche driver likes to describe it.

This isn't a real Porsche. It's a new Toyota Highlander that knocked off Cayenes look. Shame on copycat Toyota! Japanese have no soul.

The fact that some people think that adopting the most advanced engine technology currently out there is a sign of hell freezing over, speaks to their limited capacity for reasoning. Good job Porsche.

This car goes up to 75mph in pure electric mode, adds a whopping 210lb-ft electric torque IN ADDITION to the 3.6 liter V6, and makes the middle east just little bit less relevant to the modern world.

Sounds pretty good to me!
