I don't believe they will change the car for 2008. It has only been here a couple of years, and Honda is on a 5 year cycle....

It's been everywhere ELSE for much longer than it has been here. We'll get this model three years later than other countries, unless Honda wants to change its US Fit cycle.

Wrong. The Fit carries over to 2008 with two new colors and TPMS. Full model change in MY 2009.
