That's not what I meant, BOSE has gone downmarket instead of upmarket. The sound quality isn't great anymore and nowadays you get a BOSE surround system in your Chevrolet pick up. That's why so many premium car brands are changing.

B & W makes some of the finest home audio speakers around imo. I have listened to many different brands and very few even come close. I am very interested to see what they have done in this jag.....

B&W is a highly regrarded, top-notch, high-end audio manufacturer in the UK. Though not SUPER high end (like Wilson Audio and others), their speakers are always considered when talking about any high-end speaker, much like BMW is always considered when it comes to sporting luxury cars. They are known for their perfectly balanced, crisp sound. I'm VERY CONFIDENT it will one of the best car audio systems available(if not THE best). If it's not, the problem could only be poor implementation, NOT the quality of the speakers.

This is one of those brands that you can place next to Bang & Olufsen, Burmester etc..

I find it somehow fitting that they make better-sounding systems for Audi's vehicles than what is in their own line.
