Crap article. Says nothing especially how the car was 'tuned'.

Otherwise, an awful looking body kit and bling rims that probably weigh 50lb each.

What did they do to the engine?

Like you, I hate articles that tell you nothing. Huge bling rims are an oxymoron for this type of vehicle. Heavy rims have much greater inertia and therefore hurt acceleration.
