The Spies Get You The VIP Invite To More ‘Taste of Lexus’ Events
Dear 001,

Our evening version of Taste of Lexus was very successful in LA, so we've decided to roll it out to three more markets (Chicago, NY, Miami).

Special thanks for the great support on our LA event from your very active audience!

These are great events, although more crowded than other events I have attended from BMW and Mercedes. See you on Miami on the 20th!

I'm sorry, I've just got to say that "Taste of Lexus" is the most pretentious automotive event name ever.

Although I may attend the Chicago event. Interesting. Will the IS-F be there?

maybe most pretentious, but hands down the best ive been to so far. audi is the only one ive yet to goto, but lexus had good food, short waits, lots of cars, and fun goodies and things to do other than drive cars.

Lexus events are the best.

I attended a Taste of Bentley event and was not impressed. Terrible food, ugly girls serving you, cheap wine from Wal Mart probably and just an overall mediocre atmosphere. It could have passed for taste of BMW or Audi event or something like that. Cheap food and service and overpriced.

Lexus events on the other hand are made up of pure quality service. Expensive food for free, beautiful waitresses serving you and stuff like that. Plus Lexus cars are far better to drive than BMW's and Bentley's and certainly better than Audi.

David, point taken... You love Lexus products and everything they do, stand for etc. No need to smear any other brand. Some people might not want Lexus or be able to afford them. Besides, if we all drove Lexus products the roads would be dull.

Actually Airliner, he's a parody of a Lexus fan, I bet he actually hates Lexus. That's why he comes out with these rediculous, factless statements.

I recently attended an Audi school that allowed us to go out into the oval in an Audi TT 3.2 at speeds of up to 105MPH, AWESOME car! 3 drivers following an instructor who set the line and pace of the laps, 4 laps total. The driver with the most improved got to ride along with a profesional driver in the new R8. Bmw schools are my next favorite.
I had invited my friend and he was thanking me the whole way home. Good Times!

Hey Tec...I went to that event here in Chicago a few weeks ago. I posted a description and pics on here a few weeks ago. If you click my name I think it will show up in my previous articles.
I had a ball... did they take anyone for a ride in the R8 at yours? they mention taht in the description of the event but they didn't to it at ours.

I attended the school at Homstead speedway. A guy did win, but I never heard or saw the run. There was an R8 there with the carbon fibre sail panel in metalic black. It was locked.

Well, at least the food will be good at the "Taste of Lexus" event... Too bad their cars are ho-hum.
