Brand Spankin’ New Images: 2008 Audi RS6 Avant

Unveiled earlier this morning, the 2008 Audi RS6 Avant will speed into Frankfut with its 580 horsepower engine. The 2008 Audi A6 Avant will be powered by a V10 engine with FSI direct injection and twin turbochargers which give it the ability to do 0-62 mph in 4.6 seconds.

Not the Avant version, just the sedan. Expect about $138K or so for the privilage.

$138K for what? Not the RS6 Sedan. Hell, even the E63 is only about $95K. Maybe if you're talking what it would take to bring a RS6 Avant over and have it meet DoT standards.

you can not use the Euro pricing for the US
Most of the Audi's sell for 20 30% more then the us version

and this car should sell for more then a E63
I would bet this is a 110-120k car and will sell out

580 BHP is simply stunning.

I'll just wait to see what ABT do with it.

Amazing. I'd be surprised if it were over $100K.

This treatment does wonders for the normally bland A6 body. Although I must say the normal Avant is very classy.

Wow. They made metallic buttons for the MMI, piano black trim around the gauge cluster where gray metallic usually is, and the new rear valance is stunning.

The legendary attention to detail still shines through...
