Porsche launches the new Cayenne GTS

The Cayenne is easily the fastest SUV on the planet but perhaps complaints that it sullied Porsche’s sporting image have caused the company to go even further and produce a model with technology straight from the 911. Dubbed the Cayenne GTS, this isn’t just a special edition with a bodykit and large wheels. It features an enhanced 4.8L V8, has been lowered by 24mm and has a specially developed chassis with the first application of Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) to the SUV line-up.

Who needs this? Get a Lexus LX570 which outperforms this piece of junk. The Lexus LX570 is also more fuel efficient, cleaner and reliable.

Well, this isn't even the fastest Cayenne. That would be the Cayenne Turbo with 500hp. It's over twice the price of the Jeep, but I haven't seen favorable reviews of the SRT8- it's super-fast but has a punishing ride and cheap interior.
