More versions of VW up! coming to Tokoyo and LA Auto Show
Volkswagen announced its new up! Concept at the 2007 Frankfurt Motor Show, a study of a new small rear-engine car from Volkswagen. Volkswagen CEO Martin Winterkorn said that the Up concept was a “real Volkswagen.” He confirmed that the concept is one variant of a potential range of vehicles that VW is calling its ‘New Small Family.’
