Video: 2008 Mazda6 in action ‘King of the Bango’
While the “King of the Bango” song is pretty annoying, we hope you enjoy this video of the new 2008 Mazda6. The all new Mazda6 comes in three different body variants including a sedan, wagon and a hatchback. Totally redesigned the new Mazda6 looks a lot more aggressive and measures 65mm longer, 15mm wider, 5mm taller with a 50mm longer wheelbase.

A new 2.5 liter gasoline engine has been developed replacing the previous 2.3 liter unit. The MZR 2.5 produces 167 horsepower. Also available are the existing 1.8 and 2.0 liter gasoline engines and the MZR-CD 2.0 turbo diesel for you Euro folks.

Mada simply does little wrong these days, and this new 6 is certainly a stunner (for its class).

It looks so good it pictures, that I'm eager to see just how gorgeous it'll be in the metal.

Hopefully it won't be the shocker that the new Accord was/is, as the sedan is 'quite frankly' - A Huge Mess!

And still no mention of a decent V6 of any sort in it! Call me when you get N/A torque above 200 ft-lbs.

Beyond that, I actually like the design, it's simple and clean, doesn't go too overboard anywhere.

Sources (no not official yet) say that the NA version will have the same 3.7L v6 as the 2008 cx-9. So it should have somewhere around 260 ft-lbs of torque.
