Nissan GT-R: Official Site Launched, Coming To Tokyo & LA Shows
Just like Subaru did with the ’08 Impreza WRX STi, Nissan launched a dedicated website for the successor to its iconic Skyline GT-R sport coupe, which will officially be named, GT-R.

Nissan’s high performance sports car will be revealed at the Tokyo Motor Show on October 24th, but it will also be present at both the LA and Detroit Shows in November 2007 and January 2008 respectively.

I'd only they could restyle it...

People prefer a 335i over an EVO even if is slower on a track. A car is more than 0 to 60. Nissan made a fast car but still a car that aims toward the "fast and furious" crowd. For the money any enthusiast will choose a Porsche over the boy racer GT-R.

I don't know... at the GT-R's price of $60-70K, it's a huge steal. You can get a totally base Porsche Carrera for $72K. That's without a radio or seats.

Kidding, of course, but everyone knows that this car will be an amazing deal. It will be one of the best sports cars on the market. It won't be sexy, but it will look... aggressive. Intimidating. Imposing. You get it.

I rather have the GTR than a 911.

That's wishful thinking. Let's see who's going to buy this piece of c**p over a Porsche 911. Be happy if this things(GT-R)sell for invoice.

I would probably buy it over all but the high-end 911s (Turbo, GT3, GT2). It will make the Z06 look overpriced.
