Spies recently caught the Mercedes SL AMG Black Series prototype during around the roads outside of Nurburgring while it was making its final preparations before track for some high-speed testing.

So it's not the next generation SL as mentioned a few days earlier.

It's the AMG SL65 Black Series. Wonder how much power and torque this monster will have.

This will further hurt the sales of the SLR since it will most likely out handle and perform the fable V8 Kompressor SLR-722 with a bi-turbo V12. There's just no replacement for displacement and also cylinder counts.

Ever wonder how Lindsy Lohan and Paris Hilton handles all that power when they get their hands on one of these.

This Black Series car might be released next year or two years later - does anyone think the SL will get a refresh and then AMG will release the new Black Series?
