Spy Video: Lotus sports car to take on Porsche 911 Carrera

So you remember the spy shots we posted last week of a mystery super car spotted by our friends over at CarMagazine? Speculators said that it was either a Lotus, McLaren or the new Noble. Well our new friends over at Fast Lane Daily have dug up the dirt on this mystery supercar.

LOL, no, that's not a sideblade. If it was placed there, it would be much less-attractive than the R8's.

On a side note, my brother's girlfriends father has just ordered his R8! He has been on the waiting list for 2 years. The car is Jet Blue (not sure about the colour of the side blade) from Alberta. I can't wait to see this car in person on his driveway! I will definitely see if I can get a ride in the R8!

The faux-sideblade is there is for the very purpose to tricking unknowing car people thinking it is an R8. The reason why manufacturers camo their cars is to hide its true skin.
