Ford to suspend F-Series Production for 2 weeks
In order to keep from having too many units in its inventory, Ford will cut production of its F-Series pickup during the fourth-quarter. Beginning today, Ford will suspend production for two weeks at its Ford’s Super Duty plant in Louisville, Ky.

Sales of the full-sized pickup segment are slow this year. Ford’s F-series sales dropped 20.8 percent in September and are down 12.9 percent for 2007...
