BMW the best car in class and I want one, but I can't wait to see the Lexus IS-F TV commercial pulling a 80 car freight train up hill thru the Colorado Rockies.

Just a few mods can make this car perfect looking (exterior-wise)
- Racing Dynamics exhaust system
- Blackline rear taillights
Then it's perfect.

I agree, but it's not realistic.

NO, it was a stupid commercial. This probably wont help sales but the car alone is great.

Ha ha ha! Oh gosh that's funny! That's really funny! Did BMW write their own material? Did they? Because that is so fresh. Guys in test didn't want to leave the car. You know, I've, I've never seen anyone make that joke before. Hmm. You're the first. I've never heard anyone reference before. And, BMW has taken that and used it for their new M3 commercial. God what a clever, smart group they must be, to come up with that all by themselves. That's so fresh too. God BMW's so funny!

HAHAHAHA, great post. that was the most retarded commercial ever. The Audi RS4 with the sound of the stark trek ship is 100x better. Freak this.

I like how BMW devoted 1/3 of the press release to rave about their "light weight" V8, yet you will not find a single trace of info about how HEAVY this car really is.
Even BMW is ashame to talk about it.

The car is great. The commercial, not so much. Unoriginal idea and poor execution. The voice over was particularly bad. Other than the BMW Films of years past, BMW has never really had very good advertising. Fortunately for them, they do a much better job building the cars.

Nice sound... it sounds a LOT like my car.
But I must say I like this better:

They even gave the S5 a special key, which I haven't seen on any "S" model before!

Ooo, I like that second one. That's an attractive color too. You know, I used to hate Audis, but I think I've come around to them.

Way too muted! An RS4 with MTM sounds so much better!

After listening again to both videos I have to say it REALLY needs a sportsexhaust! You can hear the sound is fake!

Sevor, the RS4 is WAY louder than the M3 in this commercial. It just is. My car is very muted, just like the BMW. I've been toying with the idea of getting a custom exhaust... but I don't think it's worth it. New wheels is as far as I'll go.
