Looks much better with the flares. This should carry down to the base WRX.At least the WRX should have some flares.

If they did that, people would complain that the STi doesn't look different enough. It has to be distinctive.

Seen pictures of the concept rally sti with double fin rear wing and it looks awesome and decals

The front is growing on me much faster than the back! I am still trying to not hate the back! lol

If Subaru got ANYTHING right with the new Impreza WRX STI its the interior.

Too bad they designed it back in 1998...

It looks solid, but Oh is it outdated and bland!

I think that I'd be more accepting of this design if it weren't such a blatant (and bad) rip-off of a far better looking vehicle - the Mazda3 5-door.

But, as it stands... I Still Hate It!

I despised this car the first time I saw it. It has grown on me considerably since then, although I can't say it's good-looking. Overall, I think Subaru has a winner on their hands: after all, the STI is about performance, not looks.

I love the interior, especially the seats, and the tail lights; but, I just can't come to grips with the overall exterior appearance......it's ugly.

Let's not forget that the previous generation WRX was rather ungainly looking as well, so in many ways, at least Subaru is consistently building ugly WRX's...
