2008 Nissan 350Z Pricing Announced

Nissan of North America has announced pricing for the 2008 Nissan 350Z coupe and roadster. For 2008 the Nissan 350z will start at an MSRP of $28,605, including shipping.

All 2008 305Z’s will be powered by 3.5 liter V6 engine that produces 306 horsepower and 268 lb-ft of torque. The engine is mated with a six-speed manual transmission...

The BMW 135i will start at $7,000 more than this. How are people still justifying the BMW 1 series' pricing? Ridiculous!!!

Actually, more than that. According to BMW, the 128i convertible will start at $40,000. That means the 135i coupe will be right around there, and the 128i coupe should be around $33K or something.

i agree with you guys, price is good for 300 hp in any form. however, the nismo z we get is neutered from the japanese spec of 350hp. i would rather have seen that, though it may be due to emissions...hmm.

In either case I hear the Nismo handling is superb, I'll be the judge of that though in a week or two when I test drive it.

I didn't know the Japanese Nismo spec is for 350hp. That car here at the same price point announced for the US Nismo would seal the deal for me, and I'm guessing for a lot of people here as well.
