Has anyone noted that the Honda/Acura badges are getting bigger and bigger? Same for many other brands as well. I know what brand a car is when I see it - what's next? An illuminated badge? Or how about a speaker next to the horn that announces a vehicle's brand? Oh, by the way, the TL is a bit more refreshing than the RL!

I like it. Sure many people on this board may say it's bland. However, the styling hits it's target market.

I saw the new RL at the dealer in Danvers, MA. I was way more impressed with the TL than the RL. The RL doesn't really add anything regarding the interior design.

I did not test drive it as I was more interested in the MDX so no opinion there.

Why did Acura depart from the design theme of the TL? I have no clue. RL looks like an Accord and is not noticeably bigger than the TL???

"The 300hp with the SH-AWD is equivalent to a BMW 5 with at least 400hp. As this thing can put all it's power on the street, unlike a bmw or a mb, which justs spins the wheel with maximum loss of traction."

Blehhhh. What are you smoking? The AWD is nice, but that's not enough power for a large car like this when you compete with V8s from other manufacturers. They should have at least offered the option or turbocharging. The car is sedate and boring looking too. Looks like a rehash of the old CL design from the 90's. Once again, Acura creates an also-ran.
