Don't believe the hype, GM achieves record sales this quarter

GM’s sales performance may be deteriorating back home, its biggest market, but that hasn’t stopped the General from posting record sales for the third quarter, with 2.38 million cars and trucks rolling out of showrooms. This represents a 4% increase in the level of sales for the same period last year, with most of the growth attributed to new markets in Latin America, India and the Middle East

I think they'll have a very strong 1st quarter 2008, with the (projected)quantity/quality of some of their new offerings.

"Quality" and GM? Very funny! As for "new" offerings, most everything, particularly engineering, is copied/stolen from other manufacturers. That's why they have improved and how they get their new models in to production so quickly.There isn't an original thought in the entire corporation.
