Honda has revealed the look of its Japan-spec S2000 Type S ahead of the car’s local launch at tomorrow’s Tokyo Motor Show. Not so sure about those cosmetic changes, that rear wing looks rediculous. :S Is there any word on when this car will be replaced, it's been on the market for eight years already.

I don't hate Japanese brands, I like the S2000 in standard spec, its just that like with the NSX they're just tinkering with it now when they should be releasing a new model. This video sums it up, watch the NSX part: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ymGHt9RF_Ok

Your post was highly hypocritical by the way.

In that you accuse me of hating on Japanese brands when I've seen you hate on German brands in many of your posts.

Look at this thread and the other thread on this car, people are saying the same thing. It's too long in the tooth now and needs to be replaced. Thats my opinion, you don't have to agree with me.

i wish... Honda abandoned the S way long ago. It will die just like the NSX. Typical Honda... no support for their sports cars. It's all about the green! Money and eco friendly vehicles.

I've heard they're making a new S2000 but it will be softer and more like a rival to the MX5/Miata from Mazda.. on other words, LAME.
