What's more tempting? A SEMA Auto Show Girl or the new Lexus IS-F? We show you both.
001, 004 and 008 were busily preparing ourselves today to give you the best 2007 SEMA Auto Show coverage in Las Vegas.

First, we tested the new IS-F that Lexus was kind enough to provide for us for a long term test (Yes, we will give you our 0-60 numbers and full review soon).

008 drove it here from Monterey and we all tested it in the desert today.

Wait till you see the killer video we did of this awesome new Lexus.

Then, we hit the town scoping out this year's SEMA Girl talent.

Check out the photo gallery from today to enjoy some great IS-F shots (including detailed interior pics) and a glimpse of what we saw tonight on the strip!

Be sure to keep checking back often because our coverage has only just begun...

Good point, S4. But judging by the appearance of these semi-whores, I'd say that cars will last longer.

Did you see the blanked out button panels? LOL!

I'm sorry but the IS-F's interior doesn't look like the interior of a $60,000 car. Anyone who says that the IS-F's interior is nicer than an Audi RS4 is a dillisional fanboy.

Not too surprising.. No matter how much you try to camouflage it with the Lexus & IS-F badges, it’s still a product of Toyota.

Lexus is nothing more than Toyota’s Segway into the luxury car market. No one would care about this car if it said Toyota IS-F.

I ‘m from the USA, but I still think it’s funny how so many people here are just idiots, at least as consumers. If a poll was taken from the general population I would say 75%+ would not know Lexus, Acura, & Infinity are all just in a sense, “repackaging” divisions of Toyota, Honda, & Nissan.

These companies are aware of how easy it is to pull the wool over 75% of the US population’s eyes. We would never pay $60,000 for a Toyota, but if you “repackage” the product and call it “luxury,” we, or at least that 75%+, will fall for it.

and you can be INCLUDED amongst the "75% idiots!"

considering the base brands of nissan, honda, and esp. toyota BY THEMSELVES are better engineered, state-of-the-art, and more reliable than most heaps out of detroit AND europe, the lux brands are TRUE premium vehicles.

some people are impressed by the glitzy interiors of vws, audis, et al, but mechanically and electrically they are among the LEAST reliable vehicles.
and detroit products don't even have the glitz to compensate.

i personally know a few owners of cadillacs and mbs. they all have more reliability issues than i've had with my old nissan and several toyotas of varying ages.

Very true... much less expensive per month. And it probably gets better MPG.

My wife doesn't use gasoline so she doesn't really get a MPG. Is your wife a robot, S4? Just kidding!

the interior of my is350 looks better..the only thing that i dont like it the white trim..it would look better in carbon fiber or something dark..hopefully, i can choose something other than that white trim..if not, i might have to take back my deposit

girls will automatically come to mercedes owners... i would think thrice before getting the IS F & ya someday lexus might come to mercedes to get some ideas on how to make the worlds best cars.

girls WILL prob go to mercedes owners because girls like attention, they like to be seen, they like to feel important..they like the "bling"...the mercedes emblem attracts them..u probably like badges 2..not me..i dont buy cars to get girls..i buy them to my preference..i can afford anything under 100k but id rather have 2 50k cars and my trusty civic and my 1000rr, thatll fly right by you like if u were stooped, with your girl as my passenger
