*A lot of people have been wondering if the section 179 deduction is still available
to take advantage of...

Even though the President signed the bill to repeal it on 10/22/04 and conflicting reports state that if you buy one after 10/22 you do not qualify for the deduction, I’m told by executives at a couple major auto manufacturers, that their accountants and attorneys have reviewed the bill and say that the deduction will still be good until 12/31/04.
