1800hp Toyota Monstar Camry

A Camry that can blast down the straight at an astounding 354 km/h will make its Australian drag race debut at Queensland’s Willowbank Raceway during the Castrol EDGE Jamboree from November 2-3.

the description makes it sound like a Funny Car (dragster with just a shell vaguely resembling a stock car). but it doesn't LOOK like one.

their #1 task is impressing BUYERS to maintain and increase sales. even making big profits is ONLY #2, if not lower yet.

it is that dedication to making RELIABLE, economical to own and operate, high value for the money cars, which EARNED the high ratings from cr. both indirectly (by getting legions of happy customers, a small percentage of which suscribe to CR), AND directly when CR tests their vehicles and gets repair records feedback from customers.
