Turn your Infiniti G37 Coupe into a Maserati Coupe for under $100.00?

Turn your Infiniti G37 Coupe into a Maserati Coupe for under $100.00?
As I was perusing the 2007 SEMA Show, I took a double take when I saw the most unique add on for the Infiniti G37 Coupe.

One of the companies whose name escapes me, was showcasing this 'Turn your Infiniti G37 Coupe into a Maserati Coupe' for under $100.00.

Or is it 'Turn your Infiniti G37 Coupe into a Buick'?

Not quite sure if it works for me but I thought I'd let you all chime in with your opinions...Cool add on or sacrilege?

Side hood louvers/vents do not a Maserati make...

The G37 is brilliant for what it is, these silly add-ons are not required.

U R so right DaHarder -- they did not even try to clone the Maser grille. Total losers if their intent was to clone the Maser look. What does that say about the people that make up the market they are trying to target?

agree. the g37 is a great car, but trying to imitate maserati is just plain stupid. the addons do look really ugly

Looks more like a bentley continental gt.

looks more like......crap. If you cover up the bumper with your hand, in the second picture, it kind of looks like a Buick....and yes, I'm aware Buick's fake side vents are noticably different.

90% of their sales will go to kids with Civics.

40%.....the other 50% already have decals in that location, giving you an idea of the great products inside of the car, that are available for a 5 finger discount.

Even kids with Civics have more taste than that.

i think every chrysler 300c or charger around my area has these ugly fake vents on their fenders. some have looked really good...but 99% just cant carry out the style correctly making them hideous

I've seen several 300C cars on the road with a cloned Bentley grille -- sure had to look twice before I realized I was not looking at a Bentley.

Yes, definitely, you can add fake vents to ANY car and it instantly becomes a Maserati GranTurismo!

I love the G37 and GT by themselves, thanks.

How could you say that and pretend it's not a racist comment?

That's like telling someone, "No offense... but you're a fat, ugly asshole." The "No offense" does not fix the emotions someone would take from that.
