We think it's going to be a big hit, so if you are interested in buying one, we suggest making your reservation now...

It will be big, but I'm not sure if it will be SELL-OUT big. It will be like the G35... as long as they have a lot in stock, people will come.

The one thing I'm confused about is its practicality. It's basically a slightly raised G35 hatchback. I guess that's not a bad thing, is it?

I think until the new FX is shown at Geneva, the EX will steal a lot of sales away from the current FX.

"basically a slightly raised g35."

the x6 is 3/4ths an x5...its never a bad thing incorporating a selling design into a new model. its secures some sales.

the EX is beautifully designed vehicle...guaranteed to be a big seller. infiniti has been hitting the nail on the head with their new designs, all except the g37...which i'm not to fond of!

Typical marketing gimmick. Increase demand by making it appear that the product is scarce. The reality is that there is considerable excess production capacity globally and these guys can produce every vehicle they sell.

This is a ladies SUV.

Too curvy for a man to drive ;)

I see weird curves in most oriental cars -- it must be a styling culture effect and not a deliberate attempt to design chick cars; otherwise they are all targeting only the female market (if there is such a thing any more). The market trend is that most women want to be seen to be driving what are perceived as "male" cars as it makes them feel more empowered or something. Now, before all you ladies get all insulted by my remarks, let me say that my wife wants a small SUV (with roof rails for the look) but I really don't care if I have to drive it once in a while as long a it is not a pink Avon car or something similar.

Cars with feminine traits are sexy--but the true classic beauties are the ones that incorporate masculine and feminine cues, such as the 911 (front is feminine, rear is masculine), R8 (front is masculine, rear/curves are feminine), GranTurismo (front is masculine, rear/curves are feminine), etc...

Two different cars. The Rogue is based on the Sentra, The EX is based on the G35.

Yea, well Infiniti can keep their EX as I don't find it very good looking. The FX, on the other hand, is a handsome beast!
