ABT reveals first modified Tiguan

Tuners with serious motorsport credentials are a small and select group. ABT Sportsline is one of them, being heavily involved in Germany’s DTM touring car championship with Audi. That’s why ABT’s custom cars always have that look that says ‘fast!’ even when the recipient of its tuning prowess is an SUV or crossover, like the VW Touareg, or in this case the Touareg’s smaller brother, the Tiguan.

The new lower, more agreessive look is brought about in part by a suspension upgrade with adjustable shocks. A custom body kit and huge 18? to 20? wheels give the ABT Tiguan a very aggressive stance.

Because they want to. It looks much better, has a higher seating position (some people like it) and a (fake) feeling of safety.
