I would say no, they used the word "offer", meaning optional. Deceptive title if that is indeed the case.

Strange it would make news like this....

on a side note, touch screen Nav's are usually the most user friendly (per the reviews I've seen) although the fingerprints would annoy me.

No, it isn't. Audi will use MMI... VW will use touch screen. Audi will continue to perfect their system until it not only surpasses touch screen in layout/design but also in usability.

Won't the drivers be to distracted with the touchscreen? If i had to go for one affordable system it would be the Sync system even though some of the cars arent really as great as the system itself (focus)
