Europe to get small Toyota SUV in 2008

Sales of small SUVs in Europe have grown dramatically over the past two years. Currently, Toyota leads in Europe’s medium SUV segment with its RAV4, which has been the top-selling mid-size SUV since 2001. But that’s not enough; Toyota now wants to dominate the small SUV segment.

Here we go again. This time it's Toyota who is depriving us of low-cost vehicles. The way to fix that is for North-American consumers to stop buying all Toyota products until they bring it over here or, better still, until they start producing it here for the North-American market. This little SUV could be a formidable competitor to the overpriced Mercedes B-class.
