Very cool, I think the likeness to the X3 is caused by a fold in the magazine page that was then photocopied - in other words the Toyota will look much better in person - and any disjointed appearance which reminds us of the X3 will go away. The point here is the X3 looks disjointed in person, and I doubt the Toyota will.

I'd rather watch paint dry than spend hard-earnt money on something that is equivalent to Automotive boredom. Never in my life have I learnt of a more soul-less and generic brand of car.
It makes sense that Toyota has invested in a European design centre. Although, looking at recent models, it looks as though the designers can draw no passion from the brand. And the front of this new RAV looks like a tractor.

How can you say that this is a copy? Rav4 has been distintivly RAV4 from beginning so open your eyes and put down that crack!

Touareg (rear)+ X3 (side front profile) + XC90 (front)= new RAV4
It's not that the result is ugly, it's that it's not creative. no one likes to drive a car that is a copy of another, unless you are a Toyota owner. One good point for Toyota. They're reliable. Period.

looks like it chopped from the Renault Megane, very similiar window shapes and door handles.
