Still looks like the KIA Sorento. Good for the Koreans. Bad for the Germans.

I think it is a step up from the previous ML. I have read many of the comments of those who pan the look of this vehicle. I guess you can't please them all. I find it interesting how many say it is ugly. If one want to talk ugly, look at any BMW for the definition of ugly.
My opinion and I am stickin to it.

While I totally agree with your comments, you must understand that the general motoring consumer is ignorant, and has no grasp on Automotive design, engineering, dynamics etc.
- 'My Nissan Micra has parking sensors, and so does that Mercedes-Benz S55. And the Nissan is cheaper, so it is a better car'
I feel many bloggers here care only for value for money and running costs, so obviously favor Toyotas over SL65s. From an automotive point of view, however, Toyotas are bland lifeless cars with limp torqueless engines, cheap interior plastics and overall, depressing. But who cares? They are reliable and cheap to own!
With these internet forums, we essentially get two points of view. Those of automotive enthusiasts, and the general car-buying public. Both have two totally different frames of mind.
You wouldn't ask a car enthusiast which car offered best value for money, and you wouldn't ask mr Bloggs what a good car was.
