Edo Comeptition takes Lambo LP640 to Nardo - hits 214mph!
In a very short-story-like press release, Edo Competition tells us about their adventure of taking their modified Lamborghini Murcielago LP 640 around the Nardo track in Italy. I think its time for Lamborghini to expand its lineup. Perhaps a gallardo, Murcielago SV, and a Supercar.

Lamborghini isn't a RWD company right now. Why are you so obsessed with that? A car doesn't have to be RWD to handle well, as the R8, Gallardo, 911 Turbo, and even xDrive BMW models prove.

Awesome car. Great Speed. I remember when the Diablo was made into different species of the same car and one the last ones had a huge horsepower number and reached some high speeds at Nardo ... there was also a SV model for the Diablo at the end of its life. This is about as good as this car will get in factory config. .... the speed and power is just too good and not many drivers can handle this car to extract and control the power, speed and acceleration from that beast of an engine. I love this car.

I also wanted to add....I think they should go just a little down market and get a junior to the Gallardo in the $100K and up range. It would certainly translate to an increase in sales, just as the Gallardo did. It should mantain all the natural Lamboness too - in shape, design, performance, etc.
