This has nothing to do with Toyota. Its just simply middle class people trying to find good paying jobs. Any other competitor in that area with similar pay would see the same result.

Your right, I should have included the lower class also. My mistake, but you get the point.

I should have also stated that I appreciate Toyota for bringing more jobs to NA. The more jobs for NA, the better IMO.

Congrats, Toyota. It seems like many people want to work for a quality car manufacturer. I would, too.

You know... From the things you say, you're just ruining your credibility. If you knew any better, working at ANY auto manufacturing company is tougher than lot of other types of manufacturing jobs. Why do you think Toyota has the least number of union members? Because employees like working there and get paid better or same as a unionized company. Not taking any sides here but, just stating the facts instead of foolish comments. It doesn't matter which company opens a plant... people are getting jobs.

Reality Bites ;)

You won't need it there anyway because if you get injured or seriously ill its a one way trip out the door . After all they don't want to give an American worker anymore than they have to because , after all , that cuts in to the profit for the mother country.

toolatetorace or should it be toolatetolearn....... i would highly suggest educating your mind b4 trying to knock the 30,000+ employees of Toyota living in N.A. that are way more than satisfied with their career and benefits. NOT TO MENTION THE MILLIONS OF DOLLARS INVESTED INTO THE U.S. economy that Ford and GM decided to take a break on..... GET A GRIP FELLA
