We always get a lot of emails from people asking us where to get help with different car related issues like:
1. Speeding tickets
2. Cars that could be lemons
3. Drivers license issues
4. Parents of kids who have gotten in accidents/DWI
5. People who have been in accidents/DWI
6. People who have been mistreated by dealers and service centers
And there are many other scenarios.
What do these people all have in common?
THEY ALL NEED GOOD AFFORDABLE LEGAL HELP!!!!!
Of course we're not lawyers nor do we ever give out legal advice.
So when I heard of this company called 'Pre-paid legal' and did my due dilligence...I was extremely impressed with the range of services they provide, for a price that is almost too good to be true!
For less than $30 bucks a month, you won't believe what they provide!
This is a service that no one should be without!
I was so impressed, I became a pre-paid legal associate!
My advice to you is to take a look at what they have to offer.
You may come to the conclusion that I did.
I'm sold...let me see more!

On the first day of Coverage, my mother gave to me...a PrePaid Legal Expanded Family Plan and Identity Theft meeeemmmbership (cheap at $35.95 but valued in the thousands...and how do you put a price on peace of mind???)
On the second day of Coverage, the IRS gave to me, a written notice of 2003 personal audit (lucky for me that my legal plan covers 50 hours with a tax attorney to help me since I signed up by December 31, 2004)
On the third day of Coverage, my dry cleaner gave to me, a ruined shirt worth at least a hundred fifffffffteeee(I would never hire an attorney to recover this, but since I asked my law firm to send a letter on my behalf, I got a check toute de suite)
On the fourth day of Coverage my Visa gave to me, a bill for a mink in NYC (I've heard that victims of identity theft spend lots of time and money to recover their good name and losses..I just made one phone call with my Identity Theft Shield and the rest was done for me)
On the fifth day of Coverage my mechanic gave to me, an empty hood where the engine used to be (luckily, my legal plan covers letters and phone calls and after hearing from my attorneys, the work was corrected and completed in one day)
On the sixth day of Coverage my customer gave to me, a check that bounced as high as a mountain would be (now that I have help with debt collection, it takes less productive time away from my staff, and it's more effective coming from my attorneys anyway)
On the seventh day of Coverage, the store manager said to me, sorry we won't honor your warrrraaannnnty (it is amazing how fast his customer service skills improved once my attorney wrote him a letter)
On the eighth day of Coverage, at closing my realtor said to me, the buyer has just gone to Fiji (between telephone consultations and a letter to the buyer's attorney from my attorney, this transaction was completed..at no extra charge to me for the attorney help)
On the ninth day of Coverage, the hospital said to me, yes these thousands are your responsssiiiibbbiiillllity (yet, once the law firm helped both the hospital and my insurance carrier sort it out, there were numerous billing and coverage errors, so my remaining balance was minimal)
On the tenth day of Coverage, the Cell Phone provider gave to me, a contract with a rate hike in tiny footnote #3 (once my attorney reviewed the contract and noted the scary small print items, he negotiated with the provider and eliminated them)
On the eleventh day of Coverage, the lender said to me, perhaps the Grinch stole your good credit rating..hee hee (thanks to Kroll Worldwide and my Identity Theft shield, a Kroll representative researched the problems with my credit rating and proactively straighted them all out)
On the twelvth day of Coverage, the jeweler gave to me, a fake diamond where the real one should be (I don't think he knew who he was dealing with...the law firm I have on retainer, that is)
On the thirteenth day of Coverage, the landscaper said to me, too bad so sad all the new plants you bought are dead (when my threats about the Better Business Bureau failed, I called PrePaid legal and after one phone call, the landscaper had transformed my yard)
On the fourteen day of Coverage, the car dealer said to me, no, this new repair will be additional to the recent similar one to the transmission (when it was just me, that was the story. Once my attorney wrote a letter to the General Manager, I had a loaner car, then a perfectly working transmission and a coupon for $100 off my service)
On the fifteenth day of Coverage, my daughter said to me, if you and mom are angels, who will take care of me??? (My heart just melted, but I have never been so grateful than to tell her that we have taken care of all that with the will and annual updates that come free with my legal plan..I assured her that she need never have to worry about our assets and her guardians being decided by the state government)
On the sixteenth day of Coverage, the trooper gave to me, a ticket for going lots faster than I should be (thank goodness it was 15 days after I got my membership so that my attorney represented me, even in Ohio where I was visiting the folks! I am so relieved that he was able to get the points dropped, and while he was at it he was able to get my fine reduced...and I wasn't even in attendance)

Pre-Paid Legal Services was founded for this reason. Its lawyers will defend you if you’re charged with vehicular homicide or manslaughter. If you are sued, Pre-Paid Legal provides 75 hours a year of time from top attorneys to defend you. That’s about $15,000 to $20,000 in the bank— enough to cover your defense for most of what you’re involved in. If you are audited, Pre-Paid Legal provides up to 50 hours of tax attorney time. These are lawyers, not accountants. You can call and ask any legal tax question. (Don’t use accountants to deal with the IRS; they don’t have to follow confidentiality rules as attorneys do.)
Instead of paying a high hourly rate for other legal work that may not be covered by Pre-Paid Legal, you get a discount rate of $150 an hour. For instance, if you have to sue someone, Pre-Paid Legal covers phone calls and letters, but if you have to go to court, you’d be charged at the discounted rate.
Pre-Paid Legal Services also provides a form of legal shield. If the police pull you over to question or detain you for a criminal matter, just being able to call your attorney seven days a week, 24 hours a day can help the situation.
