More details on the Bugatti Veyron Targa (Convertible)
The folks at AutoGespot are claiming that they have new details on the Bugatti Targa or Spyder, or Convertible or whatever you want to call it! ‘Sources’ have told AutoGespot that Bugatti’s first prototype of the convertible Veyron is already on the roads and ready for testing.

However, you won’t be enjoying the top speed of 400 km/h (248mph) with you’re super expensive drop top. Sources are saying that Bugatti will limit the top speed of the Bugatti Veyron Targa to...

I agree. I to discuss or argue things that I can afford. Not uber expensive élites' car.

But if I have the money, I would love to talk about it and buy.

The Veyron was made to bring notice to the brand. The Veyron was not built to make profits or even built to be made affordable. If you want an affordable car, buy a Honda.

I think there's only one detail we really need to know: it will be EXPENSIVE. It might cost more than my house.

Oh Please

Gordon Murray was just pissed that the Veyron could give the F1 a 100mph head start and still beat it to 200mph.

Completely Trounced

Regardless of weight, the Veyron is Quicker, Easier to Drive, More Stable, Has a Nicer Interior & is More Reliable than the F1

I cannot think of 1 aspect in which the Maclaren F1 is better than the Veyron.

Gordon Murray you are a SORE LOSER.

I agree with I95...

Top speed IS this car's objective, and VW/Bugatti make no bones about it. It's extremely beautiful, inside and out, and probably has the most luxurious interior ever put into a supercar. It's also scream-inducingly fast. The Veyron is like a piece of art. The F1 is too harsh for me... IT is also very narrowly focused. But it doesn't offer luxury, style or quite the same speed as the Bugatti.

That was before Gordon Murray drove it, read his comments after he drove it. He didn't have anything but praise for it after he made it.

The Veyron is an incredible car, that can do more than most any other car.

What you guys are missing is that its a status symbol on a different platform than the usual "socialite" ferrari, lamborghini, and bentleys. Its technological marvels are numerous, and for a 1900kg car, its performance is phenominal, not to mention, its a track-able car.

Design is purely subjective, but its performance is not, and its performance is impressive.

The opentop version is made for a different crowd than those getting an F430.
