Yes, and I believe I commented something to the effect that in order to have a valid claim you must be in the same industry or in one that there can be trouble differentiating the products and services.

So unless Toyota plans on getting into porn or EBoy plans on selling cars this is a moot point.

Yea, Toyota Execs are probably watching porn. I don't get whats the point. "Lexus" is a trademark name, not a copyrighted word or name.
