Facelifted 911s, caymans and boxters caught testing!

As I was driving yesterday I saw a few unmarked/unbadged Porsches driving past me and since I saw 3 Porsche Panameras testing on the highway last week (I unfortunately didn't have a chance to take any photos as I drove past), I decided to turn around and chase them. When I caught up to them,I noticed that they were all European licensed cars (I'm in South Africa - close to Cape Town and there aren't many European licensed cars around here, its even illegal to import LHD cars). I later discovered that there were around 10 or 12 Porsches (Boxters, Caymans, a Cayenne and 911s) and an Audi R8. They all seemed to have testing equipment on board and all except the R8 and Cayenne were lightly camouflaged. They all seem to be revised models.
I asked my girlfriend to take some photos for me so that I could upload them.

Im not so sure about the clear lenses on the first car but otherwise I love them.

I like it. I'm wondering if the entire model like will see the facelift in 09 . Porsche just released the Turbo cab and the GT2 is on deck -- all with rear bulb lights .

Just speculating -- the Turbo, GT2, and Turbo Cab will see the facelift in 09 as an 10 model .

They are LED lights yet Porsche on the current model does offer a red tail light.I think they look great on the white or cobalt (not on the black car though) I found great photos here as well as on page 2 a very clear photo of the facelift lights .

off topic but today morning i saw a 97 RUF CTR-2 and we went at it for about 4 minutes before i had to take an exit. it was yello and GORGEOUS

I actually saw some of these cars here in Cali 6-7 months ago on the 10 Fwy. There was like 10 of them and 4 or 5 Cayenne's. It was crazy to see them all like that with light camo.
