First official Ford Focus RS teaser image released

Ford has released the first teaser photo of the next-generation Ford Focus RS, which is expected to arrive in showrooms in 2009. Ready to make appearances in auto shows next year, the Ford Focus RS will be inspired heavily by the original RS and the RS Cosworth Escort.

I would gladly trade in my GTI for this car, but I suppose I'd have to live across the pond to do so.. oh well, one can only dream.
