Mercedes SLK 55 AMG Facelift
The SLK 55 AMG is now even more dynamic: a new front apron and dark-tinted headlamps give this unique eight-cylinder roadster an even more athletic look even at a standstill. The handling dynamics of the SLK 55 AMG have also been sharpened. For the first time the car features the new direct steering with variable servo assistance, which makes the 265 kW/360 hp two-seater even more agile and responsive. The SLK 55 AMG is also the only car in its class to feature a V8 engine, while the improved AMG SPEEDSHIFT 7G-TRONIC transmission now offers even faster gearchanges.

Porsche Boxster S
The 2.7-liter Boxster engine now develops an additional 5 bhp, bringing the total to 245 bhp (180 kW). Torque has increased to 273 Nm, available from 4,600 rpm. Fuel consumption is now 9.3 liters per 100 kilometers, a reduction of 0.3 l/100 km. The Boxster accelerates to 100 km/h in 6.1 seconds and has a top speed of 258 km/h. With the optional six-speed gearbox, 260 km/h can be achieved. The Boxster S engine, which has been increased in size from 3.2 to 3.4 liters, develops 295 bhp (217 kW) at 6,250 rpm 15 bhp more than its predecessor and 340 Nm of torque. The Boxster S sprints from 0 to 100 km/h in just 5.4 seconds a tenth of a second quicker than the previous model. This open sports car`s top speed has gone up by 4 km/h to 272 km/h. Its average fuel consumption is 10.6 liters per 100 kilometers.

Yes. The videos are old, based on the 2005-6 987 with 280hp. Not that it is a huge difference, but it is now the same engine as the Cayman.

Did he say that the Benz won? There are only 2 videos, and the second one ended without saying which car won, although the electronics scorer for the Benz kept saying wounded, wounded, wounded....

The SLK is a "cheapo SL", huh?

And women represent a strong market in this niche. The Audi TT, BMW Z4, Mazda MX-5, MB SLK etc., most of them are bought by females. Does that make all of these cars "girl cars"? Hell no.

u are completely misinformed. the boxster will outdo a good 90% of cars on tracks. Its nothing like the 911. Its totally different. I own a 911, my cousin has a boxster, and its completely different, drive dynamics, feel, everything. As a matter of fact, the only thing that is the same is the badge. 911 is a GT, Boxster is a roadster.

So you are opposed to cheaper versions of bigger cars? thats stupid. opposed to every car from BMW except the 7er, Z8, X5? Hate every benz but the S-klasse, G-wagen, SLR? Your statements don't make sense.
