TAS 08: Lexus IS-F Racing Concept

Boy, you really are not a fan boy at all and have added a lot to this with that insightful comment. You really are a stellar intellect there aren't you?

As for this car, meh. I am not sold on Lexus or Toyota as a racing company. They could prove me wrong, but nothing they have on the road yet seems like a true sports car.

Oh, and I don't count Nascar as racing.

As much as I wish it were true, this car will not be racing in ALMS. It is just a show car. When Lexus decides to go racing I'm sure that the car will be a monster but unfortunately this car isn't it.

BTW the main reason I am sure that this is not an ALMS series spec car is that none of the bodywork on this car would be ALMS legal in either GT1 or GT2. It looks to be a DTM style body with the front winglets and the aero off of the rear wheels.
